Our fräulein is a tribute to the gingerbread vendors of old, who would bundle up during the Holiday season and go from house to house to sell their freshly baked lebkuchen snacks. She stands atop a platform of glazed gingerbread and holds a lebkuchen heart and a basket full of appetizing lebkuchen varieties. Fire up her gingerbread-adorned backpack with the included gingerbread-scented incense to enjoy the wonderful aroma of freshly baked gingerbread.
