Limited Edition German Eagle Crest Stein. The German Eagle has landed! Not only on the lid in a magnificent, detailed and gold-accented figurine of genuine pewter, but on the body of the stein at well, in the form of a pewter medallion against a bold black lacquered background to make a dramatic match with the figurine on the lid. Glistening gold bas relief highlights frame the central panel, including an embossed eagle embellished in gleaming gold work at the bottom. Another beautifully detailed golden eagle figurine (see insert) perches atop the stein handle. The words “Deutschland” and “Germany” in raised relief encircle the base.
