Bavarian Pork Weisswurst From Germany. Direct from Meica®, Germany’s largest sausage manufacturer, made from prime quality pork, flavored with salt and spices, and filled into natural edible pork casings, fully cooked then vacuum sealed into glass jars and carefully steeped in brine inside the jar, requiring no refrigeration. Simply empty the contents into a saucepan with just enough water to cover the sausages. Heat gently for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not boil, since the casings might split!
