Miniature Living Room Tableau From Reutter Porzellan® Of Germany. Our well-appointed living room is a meticulously hand-crafted miniature masterpiece of what Germans may have once referred to as “Die Gute Stube.” Surely a nostalgic picture-perfect image of another age, with no television or computer visible anywhere, our tableau is the very picture of ‘Gemütlichkeit’ centered with a comfy cushioned loveseat on which a violin and sheet music and a tiny teddy bear rests, while a little doggie standing below looks to keep Teddy company. Vintage wallpaper lines the walls, and porcelain plates, clocks and artifacts grace not only the walls, but the shelves, the vitrine, the tables and floor. All-wood frame, shelving and furniture elements of our display are hand-stained in chestnut and walnut hues. Tableau can be displayed on a table or shelf, or mounted on a wall with included saw-tooth hardware. Stamped on back with the signature Reutter Original Germany metal insignia. 7¾” H x 12” W x 3½” D.
