An alert St. Bernard dog looks on, while a tiny cuckoo bird, perched above the clock face oversees the scene. Tiny heart cutouts in the window shutters and carved Edelweiss blossoms on the front façade add to the peaceful folkloric ambience. A switch at the back of the clock allows you to choose between the cuckoo calling out the hours, or hearing one of 12 beloved melodies. Quartz movement means it never needs winding.
