The very first snowglobes were created by Erwin Perzy in Vienna in 1900 and became so popular that they became much sought after gifts by collectors all over the world. They are still being made in Austria today by Erwin’s grandson, Erwin Perzy III, handcrafted of real glass, and with the same excellent workmanship that has given joy to millions of people over more than a century.
