Potatoes From Germany. The Swiss national specialty made from grated potatoes with added seasoning was originally created in Bern, Switzerland, but today is enjoyed all over the world. Ours are made by Dr. Willi Knoll® of Bavaria. Dr. Knoll’s Swiss-style shredded potato Rösti (item # 18641) is a great accompaniment to any dish. Easy to prepare in less than 15 minutes, simply empty bag into pan with hot oil, and fry them up until golden brown and enjoy. No peeling, thawing or soaking. Authentic German Bratkartoffeln potatoes come in round slices in vegetable oil sealed in a thick foil inside the packaging. No need to add anything, simply empty the container into a pan and fry over medium heat. Both are sold in a set of 2 packs with a combined total net weight of 28 oz. Made in Germany.
