Potato Pancake Mix From Dr. Willi Knoll® Of Bavaria. The Dr. Willi Knoll® company of Bavaria has been making delicious potato products since 1936. Just stir the package contents into water, then pour into your frying pan and brown on both sides, just like you would with pancake mix. Serve with your favorite apple sauce, or with sour cream and chives for a quick, easy to make meal. Add some onion or garlic powder to the mix if you prefer a bit more zest. Sold as a set of 2 boxes, with enough mix in each box to make about 23 pancakes. Made in Germany.
