Handcarved Arctic Santa From Germany. Carved of solid lindenwood in Germany’s handicraft capital, our pure white Santa from the frozen North hastens through the snowy woodlands for his annual Christmas visit holding a lantern to guide him on his path. A tiny wooden doll dangles from his other hand, having slipped out of the sack on his back laden with toys and presents. Furry trim decorates the brim of his Santa cap, as well as the sleeves and hem of his white robe. A wonderful masterpiece of hand-carved and hand-painted workmanship! 7½” H.
